This disease, called Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF), was first reported on November 3 in the intensive care unit of Provincial Sandeman Hospital.
The DSP (Deputy Superintendant of Police) of Dera Ismail Khan Asfar Ali Shah indicated that a group of anonymous attackers struck against a camp operated by Al-Haj Oil and Gas Private Drilling Company, which resulted in the martyrdom of two police officers and three injuries.
