Dr Rubaba Buledi, along with Deputy Speaker Ghazala Gola, Meena Majeed, Hadiya Nawaz, and Farah Azeem Shah, voiced their stance during a press conference. They affirmed that the Pakistani military serves as a safeguard, underlining the right of citizens to protest within the confines of the law.
Meena Majeed Baloch highlighted recent protests in Quetta, cautioning against disruptions in Gwadar, a critical hub for CPEC deliberations. She emphasized the need for lawful protest venues, expressing concern over incidents of violence.

Deputy Speaker Ghazala Gola reiterated the Assembly’s dedication to women’s rights, urging respect among parliamentarians despite recent conflicts. She expressed willingness to meet Dr Mahrang Baloch, stressing the importance of lawful assembly permissions.
Farah Azeem Shah commended government efforts while acknowledging challenges to Balochistan’s progress. She echoed sentiments on peaceful protest rights, stressing adherence to legal protocols.
Dr Mahrang Baloch, known for advocating Balochistan’s rights, was also mentioned, with the parliamentarians affirming their support for the people’s cause. They emphasized the government’s role in ensuring peace and security.
“Pakistan is our country, and the military is our shield,” affirmed the parliamentarians, encapsulating their stance on national security.
