    Crackdown on Social Media Propaganda: FIRs Filed Against 12 Suspects

    Authorities have intensified their actions against individuals accused of spreading defamatory and provocative content on social media targeting the government and state institutions, according to reliable sources.

    In a concerted effort to curb fake news and misleading propaganda, the government has reportedly tightened its grip around those responsible. So far, 12 individuals have been identified and FIRs have been registered against them, sources confirm.

    The accused include Mian Zeeshan Sajid, Faheem Khan, Muhammad Owais, Manucher, Aziz Ahmed, Saeed Adnan Khurshid, Muhammad Asad, Malik Ismatullah Khan, Inayatullah, Sultan Mahmood Khan, Kaleemullah, and Aurangzeb. These individuals hail from various regions, including Karachi, Sanghar, Quetta, Pishin, Qila Abdullah, and Swat.

    Sources reveal that the suspects are involved in activities deemed offensive, inciting rebellion, and disrupting state affairs through their online behavior. Legal proceedings are underway against these and other individuals implicated in similar activities.

    This crackdown underscores the government’s commitment to combating misinformation and ensuring accountability in the digital space.
