Drug seizure operations by Pakistan Coast Guards led to the recovery of narcotics worth $34.241 million in Balochistan. On Saturday, the Coast Guards conducted two separate drug seizure operations in Pasni and Uthal. They seized a huge quantity of drugs.

In Pasni, they found 187 bags of narcotics. The drugs weighed over 2,000 kilograms and had an international market value of $34.241 million. This massive drug seizure marked a significant success for the Coast Guards.

Another drug seizure took place at the Uthal check post. The Coast Guards intercepted a bus traveling from Quetta to Karachi. They recovered 3,595 kilograms of prohibited narcotics. This drug seizure operation was crucial in curbing smuggling activities.

The spokesperson for the Coast Guards mentioned that the narcotics were being smuggled out of the country. An investigation has been launched to trace the source and destination of the smuggling network.

Additionally, the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducted 10 operations nationwide. They recovered 2,133 kilograms of drugs and arrested seven suspects. These operations further underscore the ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking.

During these ANF operations, several significant drug seizures were made. In Lahore, 580 grams of heroin were found in a parcel booked for the UK at the DHL office at Lahore Airport. In Karachi, 460 grams of Ice were recovered from a passenger headed to Bahrain at Karachi Airport.

In Quetta, three parcels containing 1.4 kilograms of Ice were seized from a courier office. Another drug seizure in Rawalpindi revealed 14 grams of weed in a parcel sent from the UK. In Fort Abdullah, authorities recovered 2,080 metric tons of hashish.

At Port Qasim Karachi, 19 kilograms of hashish were found with three suspects. Near Sukran Road Hub, another 14 kilograms of hashish were seized. Each of these drug seizures highlights the persistent efforts to thwart smuggling activities across the country.
