    FC Balochistan’s Effective Action Against Smuggling

    The Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan (South) continues its relentless efforts against illegal smuggling, making a significant breakthrough in Dera Bugti. In a successful anti-smuggling operation conducted in the Dalbandin area of Barabcha, a large quantity of narcotics was seized. The operation not only disrupts the narcotics trade but also chokes the financial pipelines of terrorist organizations operating in the region.

    Details of the Operation

    Seized Items

    During the operation, the FC Balochistan commandos confiscated:

    •10 kg of Ice

    •30 kg of Opium

    •5 kg of Hashish

    •25 kg of Poppy Seeds

    •Other substances

    The total estimated value of the seized narcotics stands at approximately Rs. 13.9 million.

    Targeting Terrorist Funding

    The operation is part of an ongoing strategy to dismantle financial networks linked to terrorist groups such as the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), BRAS, United Baloch Army (UBA), Baloch Youth Council (BYC), and Baloch Students Organization (BSO). By cutting off funds generated through illegal smuggling, the FC aims to weaken these organizations’ operational capabilities.
