Frontier Corps North organized special events across various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to mark Pakistan Day with patriotic fervor.

A solemn ceremony was held at Bala Hisar Fort in Peshawar, where Inspector General Frontier Corps North, Major General Anjum Riaz, laid a floral wreath at the Martyrs’ Memorial and offered Fateha (prayers for the departed).

A flag-hoisting ceremony was also held, which, despite its simplicity, carried a deep sense of pride and reverence.

In districts like Khyber, Darra Adam Khel, Orakzai, Mohmand, Bajaur, Dir, Swat, and Chitral, special school programs were organized. Students delivered speeches highlighting the significance of freedom and national identity, reinforcing the importance of Pakistan Day.

To commemorate the day, special rallies were also held, with active participation from the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps North, local administration officials, students, and the general public.

Participants carried banners spreading awareness about the historical importance of Pakistan Day and the sacrifices made for the country’s independence.

On this occasion, the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa reaffirmed their commitment to peace and progress, vowing to contribute to the development of Pakistan.
