Islamabad: The Pakistani government has decided to send two ships filled with relief goods to Lebanon and Gaza without delay.
In a meeting led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, officials reviewed the ongoing aid initiatives and committed to accelerating support for the affected areas. The Prime Minister stressed the need to enhance cooperation with Pakistani ambassadors in Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt to ensure that the aid reaches those who need it most.
He directed that relief materials be transported not only by sea but also through land and air channels for quicker delivery.
Furthermore, Prime Minister Sharif called for an awareness campaign to promote the Relief Fund for Gaza and Lebanon, urging the public to contribute to the support of their Palestinian and Lebanese counterparts.
