The Balochistan Police Department has taken decisive action by dismissing over 200 personnel due to negligence and prolonged absence from duty. According to the notification, the dismissed individuals include constables, head constables, and Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs).

The notification specified that these dismissed officers are from different regions of Balochistan, such as Quetta, Loralai, Sibi, Kalat, Zhob, Naseerabad, and Makran. This widespread dismissal underscores the department’s dedication to maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability among its ranks.

The police department reiterated its zero-tolerance policy towards negligence and absenteeism, emphasizing that such behaviors undermine the overall effectiveness of law enforcement operations. It urged all remaining personnel to strictly adhere to their duties and responsibilities, warning that similar actions would be taken against those who fail to meet the required standards.
