    Frontier Corps Hosts Successful Sports Festival in South Waziristan

    From October 1 to November 1, South Waziristan hosted a grand sports festival in collaboration with Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa South, concluding with great success.

    The event, held across 10 different locations in the region, saw remarkable local participation, with 136 cricket teams, 97 volleyball teams, and 146 football teams competing.

    Beyond sports, the festival included a variety of attractions such as tug-of-war, circus performances, cultural displays, and traditional food stalls, creating a vibrant atmosphere for attendees.

    The event aimed to foster positivity among the youth and provide a platform to showcase their talents and creativity.

    Spectators expressed their joy at the festival, with one fan stating, “We have come here from far away to watch these sports competitions, and we are very happy.

    ” Players also shared their gratitude, noting the enthusiasm in each competition and thanking the Pakistan Army for organizing the event.
