The Chief Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued a directive urging government officials to uphold political neutrality and refrain from engaging in any partisan activities. Emphasizing Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s vision, the letter stressed the importance of performing duties with integrity, loyalty to the Constitution, and a commitment to impartial governance.

The directive explicitly warned officials against misusing state resources or leveraging their positions to support political parties or leaders, either directly or indirectly. Any violations of this mandate would result in strict legal action, undermining both public trust and the integrity of their office.

The letter further reminded officials to comply only with lawful orders that align with constitutional principles. The Chief Secretary emphasized that impartiality and adherence to the law are fundamental to fostering trust in public institutions and ensuring good governance.

In closing, the Chief Secretary highlighted the critical role of integrity in public service, urging officials to honor their responsibility in building a Pakistan that embodies justice, fairness, and the collective good. The directive reflects a broader commitment to establishing unbiased and principled governance across the province.
