In a significant escalation along the Pak-Afghan frontier, Pakistan’s security forces have launched a strong and coordinated response under Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq following what officials describe as unprovoked aggression by Afghan Taliban elements and Fitna al-Khawarij factions.

According to security sources, the Pakistan Army is actively conducting operations to counter hostile actions originating from across the border. The response is being described as precise, measured and aimed at neutralizing threats while safeguarding Pakistan’s territorial integrity.

In the Chaman sector, multiple Afghan Taliban positions were effectively targeted and destroyed. Security officials confirmed that several key posts, including Sarshan, Al-Marjan and Idhi posts, along with vehicles and associated infrastructure, were successfully engaged during the operation. These strikes are said to have significantly disrupted hostile capabilities in the area.

The operations are part of a broader effort to ensure stability along the volatile border region, where militant infiltration and cross-border attacks have remained persistent challenges. Military sources emphasize that these actions are not only retaliatory but also preventive in nature, aimed at deterring further aggression.

Pakistan’s security forces have reiterated their unwavering resolve to defend the homeland against all threats. Officials stressed that terrorism and its facilitators will be dealt with firmly, and any attempt to undermine national security will be met with decisive force.

Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq, according to military sources, will continue until all designated objectives are achieved. The ongoing campaign underscores Pakistan’s commitment to maintaining sovereignty and ensuring peace along its western borders.
