Pakistan Strikes Key TTP Hideouts in Paktika

Pakistan’s security forces launched precision airstrikes in Afghanistan’s Paktika province, eliminating over 71 Khawarij militants, including top commanders. These decisive actions dismantled four major terrorist hubs, including a suicide vest factory and the Umar Media Cell, dealing a severe blow to militant operations.

“This is not the first time Pakistan has acted decisively across the border,” a senior security official remarked. He emphasized that past drone strikes had inflicted significant losses on these networks. Despite promises from the Afghan Taliban to prevent further attacks from Afghan soil, those commitments remain unfulfilled.

Surgical Strikes with Zero Civilian Casualties

Intercepted videos and audio confirmed the strikes were surgically precise. Militants were recorded in chaos, urging each other to flee and lamenting the lack of local support. Security sources confirmed the safety of civilians, mosques, and seminaries near the targeted areas. The operation was planned with multi-source credible intelligence to ensure accuracy.

“This sends a strong message to Pakistan’s enemies,” the official declared. “We will pursue these Khawarij to the last man, wherever they may hide.”

    Countering TTP’s Fake Propaganda

Afghan and Indian media have circulated false claims, using images of children from the 2023 Afghanistan earthquake to portray civilian casualties. Security sources categorically dismissed these accusations. They highlighted that the strikes targeted verified terrorist locations, not civilian residences.

“This propaganda against the Pakistan Army has never worked before and will fail again,” an official stated. He reaffirmed that only militant facilities were destroyed, including four key centers run by commanders Sher Zaman, Akhtar Muhammad, Izhar, and Shoaib Cheema.

    Taliban and TTP’s Misleading Claims

Taliban officials labeled the strikes as “barbaric” and “aggression,” claiming civilians were harmed. However, Pakistan’s security sources described these claims as baseless and misleading. The TTP also alleged that refugee residences were targeted. Officials rejected these allegations, asserting the strikes were a response to escalating threats and lukewarm actions by the interim Taliban regime against the TTP.

    Pakistan’s Resolve Against Terrorism

The strikes reflect Pakistan’s determination to eradicate terrorism and expose TTP’s fake narratives. Security forces have vowed to continue targeting terrorist sanctuaries until the threat is neutralized. “Our commitment to protecting Pakistan’s sovereignty and countering false propaganda remains unshaken,” the official added.
