Twenty Indian-backed khwarij were eliminated in North Waziristan and Dara Adam Khel during intelligence-based ops
Pakistan’s Security Forces successfully neutralized twenty Indian-sponsored khwarij in two separate intelligence-based operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. The operations, conducted between 8–9 November, were part of the ongoing counter-efforts under the “Azm-e-Istehkam” vision.
The first operation took place in Shawal, North Waziristan District, where troops engaged the identified hideout and eliminated eight individuals linked to the Indian proxy group Fitna al Khwarij. A subsequent operation in Dara Adam Khel District resulted in the neutralization of twelve more militants following an intense exchange of fire.
Sanitization activities are ongoing to clear the remaining pockets of resistance. Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies have reaffirmed their commitment to continue this relentless campaign to uproot all foreign-backed elements threatening the country’s peace and stability.
