Pakistan’s Army Rocket Force Command on Tuesday conducted a successful training launch of the indigenously developed Fateh-II missile system, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The Fateh-II system is equipped with advanced avionics and modern navigational technologies designed to enhance precision and operational effectiveness. The launch was carried out as part of routine training, focusing on troop readiness, validation of technical parameters and performance evaluation of key subsystems aimed at improving accuracy and survivability.

Senior officials from the Strategic Plans Division, Army Rocket Force Command and the Pakistan Army observed the exercise, alongside scientists and engineers from strategic organizations. The presence of both military leadership and technical experts highlights the importance of coordination between operational and development domains in strengthening Pakistan’s defense capabilities.

According to the ISPR, the forum expressed full satisfaction over the successful training launch of the Fateh series. The test reflects continued confidence in the system’s performance and reliability under operational conditions.

Pakistan’s top leadership, including the president, prime minister, chief of defence forces and services chiefs, commended the technical expertise, dedication and commitment of the scientists, engineers and personnel involved in the development and execution of the program.

The Fateh series forms a key component of Pakistan’s efforts to strengthen its conventional strike capability through indigenous technological development. By focusing on precision, mobility and survivability, the system contributes to maintaining credible deterrence and operational readiness in a rapidly evolving strategic environment.
